This shoe definitely runs big, that's why I rated it 4 instead of 5. I have several pairs of Earth shoes, and this 9.5 is the same size as the Cypress hiking boot 10. I have a wide foot, and this style is even wide on me. I wanted to exchange it for a 9 but none are available, so I'll just wear thick socks. I got these so I would have warm winter slippers with good support and they'll be perfect. I love the faux sheepskin lining. Earth shoes are perfect for folks with foot problems - I had to have my big toe joints replaced and the negative heel keeps the pressure off my toes and helps my balance.
